Only 50 min. south of Salzburg, you’ll be at the Hochkeil faster than you think. Our mountain hotel Arthurhaus is located at 1,500 m at the foot of the Mandlwände, 7 km above the dreamy mountain village of Mühlbach am Hochkönig. The developed panoramic road branches off in Mühlbach near the village center and is well signposted in the direction of Arthurhaus.

The easy way to the amusement park Hochkeil:

via the freeway and Bischofshofen

  • Freeway Munich A8 to Salzburg
  • Tauernautobahn A10 direction Villach until exit Bischofshofen –
  • approx. 10 km to the village of Mühlbach am Hochkönig -.
  • big signs on the right side “Arthurhaus” “Mandlwandstraße”.
  • turn there and go up the mountain for 7 km.
  • at the end of the road is the mountain hotel Arthurhaus

Toll free via the country road and Lofer

  • Freeway Munich A8 to Salzburg
  • Exit Siegsdorf – Inzell – Steinpaß – Lofer – Saalfelden – Maria Alm – Dienten/Hochkönig –
  • Entrance to Mühlbach am Hochkönig
  • big signs on the left side “Arthurhaus” “Mandlwandstraße”.
  • turn there and go up the mountain for 7 km.
  • at the end of the road near the Arthurhaus is the LIVINGROOM Hochkönig
